The art of

Distraction

Is never too far away.

This is a story of somebody who has loads of books and is desperate to read them and wanted to make more time for reading them however I can never seem to find the time to sit down and read, sounds stupid I know but I always find other things to do. Be it watching tv, listening to music or watching Youtube videos. I have also been focussing time recently on my IT coursework. Once my coursework is out of the way hoping I can improve my schedule for my free time and allocate time to get my head into a book. When reading a book I love to imagine how the story would play out as a film in my mind and imagine the content taking place as I read, weird I know.

Had a great Saturday, lot of new runners today at Parkrun and lots approached me being first timers for information about how the run works. In 2 weeks I will have volunteered 50 times since May 2013, so apt on the equivalent weekend exactly 17 months after starting to be involved with Parkrun, wouldn’t change anything.

Came home, chilled out, caught up on last nights tv that I missed and restarted playing Sims 3. Mum has ordered me Sims 4 but I know its going to arrive in a few days so will have to have it hidden till Christmas.
