The start of a volunteering journey

Happy Monday everyone, its always good to get Monday out of the way as I find it makes the rest of the week not seem as bad don’t you agree? 

I don’t have a Monday next week as I have a few days off work and lots planned, will reveal more at the weekend. That said I generally find if off work at start of the week then going back to work I always feel all confused with the days so it will be a short week for me.

Thought I would start documenting my volunteering journey which started in 2011 when I started volunteering at fundraising events of my local hospice St Oswalds Hospice, I volunteered at events such as Midnight Walk and the Great North Run. St Oswalds is a great local charity to support.

Although St Oswalds is the start of the journey i will continue the story in a further blog
